ServiceNow Architect As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures to meet complex business requirements. You will align technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and well-governed platform environment. What You\'ll Do Design enterprise-wide ServiceNow instance strategies and architectural roadmaps. Define and implement robust integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems. Establish platform governance frameworks to maintain system health and ensure long-term stability. Optimize ServiceNow configurations and workflows to enhance technical efficiency and performance. Apply ITIL best practices to drive the standardization and maturity of service management processes. What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Platform Design, or IT Infrastructure. Proven expertise in designing enterprise ServiceNow architecture and instance strategies. Proficiency in implementing complex ServiceNow integration patterns and platform governance. Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and performance optimization within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
