Create customs documentation for regime changes and regularization. Register, monitor, and maintain import/export records in Annex 24 system. Perform monthly reconciliation and comparison with GLossa and physical inventory. Maintain customs digital and hard copy archive. Review broker reports and ensure correct payment of dues. Identify and monitor raw material balances for compliance. Provide required information to customs brokers. Maintain updated information for all customs databases. Support internal and external functional areas. Assist with OEA/C‑TPAT certifications. Conduct periodic internal customs audits on key indicators. Ensure customs compliance is up to date. Seek continuous improvements and cost savings. Maintain fixed assets inventory identified for customs compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in foreign trade or related field (desirable). Prior experience with customs systems. Strong Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities. 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing plant. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual (English‑Spanish) desirable. Public Affairs Specialist – Remote Key Responsibilities Monitor legislation, regulation, and policy trends. Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders. Draft policy briefs, position papers, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate engagement at hearings, conferences, and stakeholder forums. Partner with legal, communications, and product teams on regulatory issues. Track and report on public affairs activities and outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years in public affairs, government relations, or policy.
