Commercial & Talent Manager (Influencer Marketing) Requirements Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience developing and implementing Influencer Marketing strategies for multiple clients in a communication agency in LatAm. 5+ years of proven experience in direct client service or account management, demonstrating successful strategies and problem resolution. Present solid experience managing communication directly with the client, continuously consulting it on the best and most accurate alternatives to communicate with their audience. Exhibit a vast knowledge of media management by having strong relations with key speakers and influencers of the Latino market. Showcase a vast knowledge in planning and execution of events. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or any related field. Show an English proficiency level (C1). Responsibilities Develop, coordinate and execute influencer marketing proposals for the assigned accounts. Plan, develop and coordinate projects and the events derived from them. Attend and respond to customers effectively. Prepare budgets and maintain control of them. Prepare presentations for the client (progress, reports, results). Conduct negotiations with suppliers.
