Position Summary Execute indirect procurement activities for the company, including procurement of non‑merch products and services, sourcing activities, vendor management, and cross‑functional partner coordination. Position Responsibilities Procure non‑merch products and services. Conduct sourcing activities (supplier development, RFQs, RFPs, bids, reverse auctions, price and terms negotiation). Manage vendor relationships, including periodic audits and performance evaluation. Partner with Compliance and Legal departments to ensure indirect suppliers are in full compliance with NDAs, FCPA, AML, and other contractual requirements. Identify and develop a competitive supplier base to support company growth and achieve economies of scale and supplier consolidation synergies. Collaborate with the U.S. team to leverage their supplier base. Lead procurement activities for the Barça (New DistributionHub) project, including supplier identification, reverse auctions, price negotiations, PO placement, and on‑time delivery. Coordinate annual quality supplier certification and cost‑saving reverse auction opportunities across functions. Champion process efficiency initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate operations using technology, contributing to continuous improvement. Partner within CAT, distribution centers, stores, etc., to centralize indirect procurement governance. Implement business intelligence tools (information metrics, key process indicators, spend analysis, etc.) to enhance decision‑making. Position Requirements Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Administration, Business, Engineering. Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
