We provide conversational group lessons (45 minutes) as well as one‑on‑one lessons (40 minutes). There is no teaching experience required, so you can jump into the world of ESL right away! Requirements for Successful Application C2 proficiency in English. Bachelor’s degree. You should have a completed bachelor’s degree. 40‑hour TEFL or TESOL certificate. Alternatively, we can accept CELTA, DELTA, and university teaching degrees in TEFL/TESOL only. Previous teaching experience is a plus. Important Note: a bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate are minimum requirements. We cannot move forward with a candidate’s application without them.
