Are you ready to grow with us?* ## Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:* Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.* Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.* Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.* Facilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge.* **Financial Analysis & Reporting*** Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L and key financial indicators.* **Cost Control & Profitability Analysis*** Analyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.* Support cost optimization and savings initiatives.* Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.* Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.* **Business Partnering & Decision Support*** Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.* Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.* Support evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex), including ROI and payback analysis.* Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.* Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.* Support internal and external audits when required.* Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards* Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.* Track and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring.* Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.## What Do We Expect From You:* Fluent English* Bachelor of Public Accounting / Finance or Economics. • Economic and/or administrative studies.* 5 years in the accounting and/or finance position.* 3 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1)* Excell and ERP Systems experience**What can you expect from us?*** Savings Fund.* Food Coupons.* Medical Insurance.* Life Insurance.Our Core Values are**One Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.****WE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!**Does this sound interesting to you?
