What impact you’ll make As a Project Management Intern within Grid, you will support project managers in the coordination and execution of Engineering Procurement & Construction projects, contributing to document control, drawing tracking, technical review follow-up, and coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in project management and substation project execution within a dynamic engineering environment. What you’ll do Support project managers in the coordination and execution of Engineering Procurement & Construction projects. Track drawings, technical documentation, and project documents to support day‑to‑day project control activities. Review project documentation and follow up on comments, updates, and required actions. Coordinate follow‑up with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support project progress. Assist with activities related to electrical substation projects. Help track tasks, milestones, and deliverables to support timely execution of key project actions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed to support project coordination and execution. Maintain a responsible, organized, and proactive approach to assigned tasks. Stay engaged and eager to learn about industry standards, engineering practices, and project execution methods. What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field interested in the energy field. Be in at least 1 or 2 years away from graduating. Demonstrated interest in the electric industry, even if your background is not fully electrical. Basic knowledge or exposure to electrical substation projects, drawing control, and document review. Strong organizational, follow‑up, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsible mindset and willingness to learn. English proficiency. Eligibility Requirements This role is based in Querétaro . Candidates will be required to provide their NSS (Número de seguridad social) & Constancia de situación fiscal. Eligibility to work in México.
