This role will collaborate with account managers and internal teams to support project coordination, monitor progress, and handle operational follow-up, while ensuring service delivery is executed effectively across all project stages. Job Responsibilities: • Manage project planning, monitoring, and delivery, including services such as ICT, IEPL/IPLC, IDC, MPLS VPN, and IP Transit. • Be responsible for coordinating all necessary resources for project delivery, including equipment logistics planning, subcontractor labor and materials, delivery progress tracking, troubleshooting, and internal process management. • Provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct risk management, escalate outstanding issues during provisioning, and support process optimization. • Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality when needed. • Flexibility to work with overseas customers and internal teams during non-office hours when required. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Handle troubleshooting and provide timely reporting in the event of network failures. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. 3+ years’ experience in related field is preferred. Self-motivated, detailed oriented, team-player with excellent communication skills. Chinese speaker, English proficiency. Spanish is a plus. Solid knowledge of IP networks, transit systems, and network planning is a plus.
