Your Role As a Senior Specialist in our Customer Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration with customers and optimizing supply chain operations. Working in an inclusive and dynamic environment, you will help drive Infineon's reputation for excellence in customer service and supply chain management. Key responsibilities in your new role Serve as the primary contact for all customer demand fulfillment topics Facilitate relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders Organize and manage supply chain meetings including customer and cross‑department sessions Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer collaboration Coordinate open order status, delivery plans and lead time communication with customers Drive reduction of demand‑supply gaps and closely monitor on‑time order fulfillment Support the implementation of supply chain concepts and participate in supply chain projects Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (mandatory) 1‑3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role (mandatory) Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory) Effective communicator with a strong customer focus (mandatory) Team‑oriented approach and demonstrated problem‑solving skills (mandatory) Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred) Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment (preferred) Eligibility to work in Mexico; a visa and passport are a plus (preferred) We embrace diversity and inclusion and welcome everyone for who they are.
