We are seeking a Chief Digital Transformation Officer to lead this evolution with strategic vision, strong technical rigor, and a results-driven mindset, supporting our operations and businesses in Mexico and the United States. Role Purpose To design and lead the group’s digital transformation agenda, integrating cybersecurity, automation, AI agents, and technology governance, ensuring scalability, resilience, and tangible value creation for the business. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the digital transformation strategy at the group level. Lead the cybersecurity architecture, including risk management and compliance. Design and implement AI agents for process automation, advanced analytics, and decision support. Ensure data, AI, and technology governance (policies, controls, ethics, and security). Evaluate, prioritize, and scale digital initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency, cost, service, and profitability. Enable, develop, and manage internal teams. Manage technology vendors and strategic partners. Required Profile Executive-level experience leading digital transformation in complex environments. Hands-on experience implementing advanced automation and AI solutions (ideally AI agents). Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity. Ability to translate technology into business value. Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution discipline. Modern vision of technology governance and scalability.
