What The Day Will Look Like As a People Partner you will be collaborating in the deployment of the people strategy for the Mexico and Caribbean sub-region. Being responsible for: Creating trusted relationships with business leadership teams to influence and enable leaders to implement the strategic growth agenda. Build a strong performance culture in conjunction with business leaders, employing tools and resources that promote and reinforce high-performance enabling behaviors. Support to their Clients in providing insight and development and execution of talent programs for the business, as well as in ensuring effective and efficient connectivity of the HR operating model with the global HR functional groups. Provide advice to the Business leaders, coordinating with COEs to translate the needs of the business or colleagues, aligned with global and regional people strategies. Propose best practices, in accordance with the vision and guidelines of the Corporation and the region. Act as an escalation point of contact for non-routine manager and colleague issues that need a leadership view. Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Analyze KPIs to business leaders to align decision making according to goals. Ensure compliance with the SIB budget. Ensure the implementation of the global and regional people strategy and programs with their clients.
