Global Care – Control Tower Project Management This role is onsite with expectation of working primarily from an HPE office. Job Description Designs and implements processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support for a customer segment or business unit. Consults with business leaders to identify relevant analytics, metrics and outcomes for the assigned area and develops sales operations framework. Responsibilities Recommend frameworks, forecasts and budgets to meet resource and sales client needs. Review evaluation results to identify trends and issues, perform analysis and develop forecasts and recommendations for sales resource deployment and improved efficiency. Communicate data and issue analysis to stakeholders, provide tangible feedback and propose changes to sales processes. Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent. 4+ years of experience. Advanced English communication skills. Data‑driven use of tools: Excel, Power BI/Power Apps. Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to support sales activities. Strong analytical, statistical and problem‑solving skills. Experience applying sales operations practices and process design. Forecasting and planning experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, mastery in English and local language. Ability to communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results at management level, and negotiate options. Nice to have: Salesforce tool & AI tool use, Lean Six Sigma/PMI certification.
