Job Overview Solventum is seeking a Packaging Engineer to support our hybrid Operations in Guadalupe plant. You will collaborate with diverse teams worldwide to drive packaging solutions. Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Packaging Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Follows a variety of generally defined procedures across Package Engineering areas. Applies packaging theories and practices to provide guidance and/or training to clients or co-workers. Handles inquiries and resolves issues by analyzing data, reviewing prior practices, and using short-term planning. Supports the development and improvement of packaging designs, coordinating with suppliers and participating in cross-functional improvements. Takes decisions with a clear impact on effectiveness of work operations, schedules, or performance goals. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and 2-3 years relevant working in Packaging Engineering positions. Additional requirements: Advanced English Skills (C1). Experience working with structural packaging to comply with customer needs and redefining materials. Experience with process documentation, ERPs, and line efficiency in regulated industrial fields. Work Location Hybrid – support in Guadalupe plant appropriately. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
