Supervisor Supervisor responsible for the veracity of inventory, execution of cyclical counts, as well as the planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory. Responsibilities Actively participates and develops projects aimed at reducing operating expenses in inventory management and administration (Kaizen) Review and coordinate operating system (ERP) configurations related to data integrity. Secure and monitor system transactions for data integrity. Coordinate and execute, together with the Warehouseman in charge, the program of cyclical counts (daily, weekly and monthly) in accordance with the ABC methodology. Promote follow‑up of working process activities, cut audits, set up scrap, manual scrap, Kanban. Record and reconcile all inventory movements in the ERP system (receipts, exits, transfers, adjustments). Investigate and document root causes of discrepancies between the physical inventory and the system, implementing corrective actions. Generate daily and weekly reports of inventory accuracy, turnover, inventory days and fill rate. Coordinate and execute monthly and annual physical inventories, including the preparation of supporting documentation. Support in internal and external audits related to inventories. Collaborate with the areas of Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance to ensure the integrity of the inventory. Manage, direct and develop the Warehouseman in charge: task assignment, performance monitoring and operational training. Keep the catalog of materials and locations in the system updated. Propose and implement improvements to the inventory control process. Comply with safety, order and cleanliness (5S) policies in the warehouse area.
