We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join the extrusion operations team of an international industrial company operating in the automotive sector. This role will be key in ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting manufacturing excellence within a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure quality standards across the extrusion process. Monitor production quality KPIs and support corrective and preventive actions. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality incidents. Coordinate with production, engineering, and customer quality teams. Support audits, documentation, and compliance with industry standards. Requirements Experience in quality supervision within manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of extrusion processes and industrial production. Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA or SPC. Experience in the automotive sector or highly regulated industries will be highly valued. Good communication skills and English level for an international environment.
