Job Purpose Main contact for quality‑related issues between a company and its customers. They are responsible for ensuring products and services meet customer requirements and standards, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Job Responsibilities Act as the primary interface with the customer's quality team. Address customer concerns and complaints. Provide technical support and guidance to customers. Attend customer audits and participate in customer meetings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts. Know and apply the corporate and local procedures of the Quality System as applicable. Monitor PRs, 8Ds, and status by Claims to meet internal and customer requirements. Ensure customer protection and update daily report in the event of quality failures. Follow up material returned by Claims or RMA from Internal Customers. Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing. Monitor scorecard or equivalent Warranty. Update and analyze information for TED and special presentation. Key Performance Indicators Score Card with customer in green status. Claims responses time. TED updated and completed within 60 days. R/1000 according with YTD goal. Critical Experience Required Dealing with customers. Problem solving (5Why’s, 8D, Fishbone, 5D). Quality tools (Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA, SPC). Automotive Industry experience.
