HR Specialist (Payroll) I Location: Not specified. Responsibilities Calculation of severance pay: Determine amounts in accordance with labor laws and internal policies. Obligation management: Administer and remit contributions related to savings funds, Fonacot, pension plans, and withheld income tax. SAP maintenance: Update and maintain personnel information in the system, as well as generate periodic reports for decision‑making. CFDI and accounting reconciliation: Review and reconcile digital tax receipts with accounting records, ensuring the integrity of financial information. Qualifications Solid knowledge of applicable labor and tax laws. Experience in payroll processing and severance pay calculations. Advanced proficiency in SAP and data management tools. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate English (preferred). Analytical skills and attention to detail for accounting reconciliations. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Proficiency in using the SAT portal. Professional responsibility and ethics. Organization and time management. Results‑oriented approach. Ability to adapt to regulatory and technological changes.
