Position: SAP MM Support Consultant Location: Remote, Mexico Duration: Full time Job Description – SAP MM Support Consultant (L2/L3 Support) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Support Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Materials Management (MM) processes in a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, incident resolution, SAP MM integrations, and functional troubleshooting within SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM processes including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests related to SAP MM functionality. Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, SD, and WM/EWM modules. Perform root cause analysis and implement functional solutions for recurring issues. Work closely with business users to resolve day-to-day operational challenges and provide functional guidance. Participate in testing activities for system changes, enhancements, patches, and upgrades. Collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and technical troubleshooting. Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Support change management, release activities, and production deployments. Ensure SLA compliance within ITSM/AMS support environments. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM module support and configuration. Experience supporting Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification processes. Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. Experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management environments. Strong knowledge of MM integrations with FI, SD, and WM/EWM modules. Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Ability to perform functional analysis and coordinate with technical teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM environments. Exposure to SAP Ariba integrations. Knowledge of WM / EWM processes. Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and functional specifications. SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of SAP MM functional/support experience. Experience working in AMS or global support models preferred.
