We are looking for a Mgr, Project Manager to lead a team of Project Leaders responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. This role will drive business plan implementation, customer satisfaction, and profitability for assigned product lines. You’ll join the DSS division at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with procurement, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and business units. Our team focuses on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering superior service to customers. What You Will Do: Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and related roles Drive implementation of annual business plans for target markets and industries Monitor sales progress, forecasts, and profitability for assigned product lines Ensure Molex Product Development Process (PDP) and procedures are followed Remove barriers to successful project launches and customer milestones Plan training and workload distribution for the program management team Escalate and resolve issues related to allocation and customer demand fluctuations Support cost reduction, capacity planning, and quality improvement initiatives Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs Perform other duties as assigned by management Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience managing the life cycle of electronic products English proficiency at C1 level (effective operational proficiency) Ability to use quality tools relevant to program management Physical ability to meet job requirements What Will Put You Ahead: Degree in Business or Engineering Experience working with global cross‑functional teams, customers, plants, and vendors Skills in planning, execution, decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management Technical and business English proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
