Overview Billingual and Trillingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support operations. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication Follow established processes and compliance guidelines Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics Requirements 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Care English Advanced level Portuguese Advanced level (for trillingual position only) High school graduate Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helpful nature, passion for the customer and customer experience Clear written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and logical thinking Ability to multitask and work under pressure Creative problem‑solving abilities Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker Problem‑solving abilities Location and Work Type Guadalajara, Jalisco On‑site (Periférico Sur and Av Colón) Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 8 PM (general shift) Compensation and Benefits Salary: up to $18,500 monthly for billinguals and up to $21,000 monthly for trillinguals Life insurance Major medical insurance Dental and vision plan 30 days Christmas bonus Food vouchers Additional Skills Voice Fulfilment #J-18808-Ljbffr
