If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Recicle Supervisor** located in **Guadalajara North**Reporting to the **Materials Manager**, the **Recicle Supervisor’s** role involves:**What a typical day looks like:*** A Reviews and monitors the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory, outbound shipments, and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory management records.* Coordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements, investigates inventory variances; directs the performance of daily/weekly cycle accounts and adjusts inventory records if necessary.* Coordinates delivery/pick up of materials from supply room, if exists.* Coordinates the activities associated with product recalls upon request.* Monitors the activities associated with customer return shipments including overages, shortages and damages; communications concealed damage to manufacturers.* Coordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring they are accounted for and properly handled by dumping, reconditioning, or returning to producing plant.* Supervises all inventory control personnel, if any, to achieve objectives relating to inventory control management, provides communication and suggests inventory improvements to supervisor.* Monitoring and administration of databases (Certificates of destruction, manifests, etc.).* Coordinate logistics with recycling providers.* Reconcile, invoice and generate purchase orders.* Provides back up to internal and external customer, if necessary.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** English Beginner.* Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.* Keys receipts of materials, if necessary.* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.* Effectively communicate with associates and customers in person and via telephone, verbally and non-verbally to accomplish necessary objectives* Effectively review performance of subordinates, if any, to ensure compliance with requirements.* Must be able to shift priorities easily.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Pantry vouchers* Saving Fund* Christmas bonus* Holiday bonus* Medical Insurance* Life Insurance### EM57## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
