Mission Drive schedule adherence and production recovery within a high-complexity aerospace manufacturing environment (Plastics & Composites). This role is accountable for shop floor execution, supplier recovery acceleration, constraint removal, and full plan-to-ship flow control across critical aircraft programs. Core Responsibilities Own daily and weekly production schedule adherence Execute recovery plans for delinquent work orders Lead shop floor expediting and constraint resolution Monitor manufacturing flow from release to shipment Analyze Comstat and operational KPIs to identify delivery risks Validate data integrity across production and supplier reporting Escalate risks with mitigation strategies and timeline impact analysis Drive accountability across Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain Support multi-program aerospace manufacturing environments (737 / 767 / 777X) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience) 5+ years in aerospace or high-mix manufacturing environments Proven experience in Production Control Manufacturing Supervision Schedule Recovery Shop Floor Leadership Supplier Performance Management Strong understanding of Throughput management Constraint analysis Schedule adherence metrics Operational KPIs Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, reporting, production tracking) Availability for 1st / 2nd shift and overtime as required Mexican or Dual Citizenship required Commercial Value of the Role This is a high-visibility project supporting critical aerospace programs within a Tier-1 global manufacturing environment.
