This position is responsible for supervising warehouse functions, ensuring compliance with required processes and guidelines, and achieving business plan objectives and customer KPI’s. The role oversees logistics (inbound and outbound), controls inventory through cycle counts, and collaborates closely with Supply Chain and Master Scheduling to ensure inventory reliability. Main Responsibilities Supervise all warehouse processes and overall TQMS for the warehouses. Control the skill matrix for warehouse team and track category changes with HT. Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective action for arising issues to control inventory at the site. Maintain inventory accuracy within established margins, including cycle count/stock take coordination and bin accuracy, complying with Corporate Compliance Standards and auditing principles. Maintain 99% accuracy in storage locations: USMX0001 to USMX0006, USMX0500 to USMX0501. Manage IDOC process: internal (Timken SAP – DWL) Idocs and EDI Idocs, maintaining daily with corrective actions as needed. Maintain 99% inventory accuracy in Finished Goods USMX1001, USMXICHU. Maintain scrap control under IMMEX regulation. Receive and process supplier invoices for direct/indirect material to create good receipt in SAP and post passive debt in system, complying with financial processes. Maintain 5S audits in warehouse, achieving 100% 5S milestones per audit. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of forklifts to keep them in good condition. Ensure zero accidents in warehouse areas. Resolve SNAGS discrepancies for receiving and shipping each month. Resolve COGI errors by the end of each week with master schedule to maintain clean production orders. Lead Annual Inventory. Supervise talent, ensuring associates are trained, developed, and engaged with company targets and HR categories against development plan. Education / Experience Business, Supply Chain, Process Engineering background. Production planning, SAP, warehouse systems experience.
