To foster business unit transformation and ensure operational continuity across the Americas by managing and governing the Quality Applications ecosystem, aligning global and regional frameworks, and enabling efficient, reliable, and standardized digital solutions that support core manufacturing and quality processes. Key Responsibilities I. Quality Application Portfolio Governance Manage and govern the Quality Applications portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization, standardization, and alignment with business objectives, quality strategies, and operational needs. II. Global & Regional Strategy Alignment Coordinate Quality Application strategies with global and regional frameworks, adapting solutions to evolving business requirements while ensuring consistency and scalability. III. Application Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle of Quality Applications—from implementation to retirement—ensuring efficiency, relevance, compliance, and the definition of standard configurations. IV. IT – Quality Business Partnership Act as the primary liaison between IT and the Americas Quality function, building strong partnerships, understanding business needs, and translating them into effective digital solutions. V. Best Practices & Continuous Improvement Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of applications supporting manufacturing and quality management processes. VI. Vendor & Contracted Services Management Manage vendors and contracted services to ensure seamless integration, operational support, and performance of Quality Applications. VII. Stakeholder Influence & Solution Ownership Influence stakeholders, peers, and teams to design and deliver optimal solutions aligned with business priorities, quality standards, and long‑term value creation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
