Key Responsibilities I. Quality Application Portfolio Governance Manage and govern the Quality Applications portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization, standardization, and alignment with business objectives, quality strategies, and operational needs. II. Global & Regional Strategy Alignment Coordinate Quality Application strategies with global and regional frameworks, adapting solutions to evolving business requirements while ensuring consistency and scalability. III. Application Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle of Quality Applications—from implementation to retirement—ensuring efficiency, relevance, compliance, and the definition of standard configurations. IV. IT – Quality Business Partnership Act as the primary liaison between IT and the Americas Quality function, building strong partnerships, understanding business needs, and translating them into effective digital solutions. V. Best Practices & Continuous Improvement Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of applications supporting manufacturing and quality management processes. VI. Vendor & Contracted Services Management Manage vendors and contracted services to ensure seamless integration, operational support, and performance of Quality Applications. VII.
