Job Summary Responsible for balancing material supply with incoming demand in alignment with site stocking strategies. Ensures production and operations have timely and sufficient availability of required materials while maintaining strong supplier management and adjusting supplier orders as needed. Works closely with key stakeholders to implement and execute supply adjustments effectively. Responsibilities Manage the site material plan based on supply requirements. Maintain accuracy of supplier schedules and updates. Manage exceptions generated from the Advanced Planning System and balance supplier capability with plant needs. Monitor supplier commitments and assess impact on production build plans. Collaborate with global team for allocation of constrained supply. Generate and validate supplier scorecards. Monitor supplier performance, drive accountability, and elevate risks to Supply Continuity teams when needed. Collaborate with demand and supply planning teams to assess demand changes and associated risks. Analyze and improve key performance indicators. Required Qualifications Intermediate Excel skills. Upper Intermediate English (Conversational proficiency). Knowledge of MRP systems. 1–2 years experience as a Material Planner or Logistics Analyst. Nice to Have Logistics knowledge. Oracle experience. Experience in customer demanding planning. Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. Competencies Values differences.
