The team plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, enabling business growth, and safeguarding ethical standards across key functions including Clinical, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Operations. Your new role As Legal & Compliance Clinical Manager , you will act as a trusted legal business partner , providing legal and compliance guidance across multiple areas of the organization. This is a broad, cross-functional role with exposure to different parts of the business, where your ability to balance legal risk with commercial needs will be critical. Responsibilities Providing legal and compliance advice to stakeholders across Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory Supporting corporate governance and local legal processes Advising on competition law and general legal matters Acting as a business partner , enabling decision-making while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Partnering with regional/global teams when required Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and mitigate risk Required skills & qualifications We are looking for a strong legal professional with a business-oriented mindset , capable of operating in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. A law degree and solid experience in Legal and Compliance within the pharmaceutical industry Strong working knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Business Ethics & Compliance, Fair Market Value principles, and data privacy Proven ability to work autonomously with sound judgment, knowing when to align with global stakeholders in a multinational environment Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels Cross-functional, business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities, assertiveness, and resilience Nice to have Exposure to clinical, medical, or regulatory environments Postgraduate studies in clinical trials, compliance certifications, experience with digital clinical tools, or broader LATAM exposure What we’re looking for This is not a purely technical legal role.
