About The Role We are seeking a strategic leader with experience in project and program management to drive digital initiatives in the Manufacturing Science domain. This role blends tactical project execution with strategic oversight of interconnected programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance (GxP, SOX). How you will contribute Lead the implementation of digital solutions in GxP and SOX-compliant systems. Coordinate multiple projects and resources within a strategic program. Develop program strategies aligned with organizational vision. Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams in a matrix structure. Guide the transition from traditional (waterfall) to agile methodologies. Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and communication channels. Manage risks, dependencies, and program budgets. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Provide executive reporting on progress, milestones, risks, and achievements. Support technical decisions and manage consulting partner relationships. Conduct program reviews and apply learnings to optimize processes. What you bring to Takeda Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in technology project and program management. Proven experience implementing complex digital solutions. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, IPMA, or PRINCE2. Deep understanding of digital systems, implementation methodologies, and change management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels. Experience in financial management of programs. Desired Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Background in Life Sciences or Social Sciences. Familiarity with FDA cGMP/GLP regulations. Experience in agile environments and Scrum. Experience with product ownership and product management. Former experience and certification in running Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
