About the Role We are searching for a Senior Analyst for North Cone who will be responsible for supporting teams in Mexico, Colombia, Central America and Caribbean on operational tasks driving business efficiency. This includes managing administrative duties, local campaigns, monitoring fees, benchmarking local data via local relationships and market intel. It is important to have a solid background in the financial, payments, eCommerce and tech industries, and proven established relationships within the local payments ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Own administrative tasks such as supporting invoice processing, purchasing processes, vendor payments, coworking bookings, vacation tracking, expense management, sending legal agreement templates and NDAs, and other administrative activities to ensure smooth local and financial operations. Ensure operational process flows and SLAs are properly defined and implemented with local partners. Monitor fees (e.g., chargebacks, retries), manage cost inputs in internal databases, and support merchant category code (MCC) validation and value-added cost tracking. Support compliance with card scheme and regulatory mandates by tracking scheme rules and creating follow-up action plans with Product and Regulatory teams to ensure EBANX and merchant readiness for new requirements and changes. Manage and support marketing campaigns with local providers, partners, global merchants, and internal stakeholders. Support Country Managers with market intelligence (product, regulatory, and performance insights), leveraging strong local relationships with partners and providers. Main Requirements Native Spanish and fluent English. Proven background in the financial services, payments, eCommerce, or technology industry. Experience working in project groups within the financial/payments sector in a regional and/or global environment. Experience working with payment processing and/or acquirer systems. Existing local market contacts in the payments ecosystem and the ability to leverage these relationships to obtain market intelligence. Proven experience working cross-functionally in complex and fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively within a team. Based in Mexico City, open to remote and hybrid work environments (within CDMX). Nice to Have Big dream mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Proactive, dependable, and resourceful. Ability to identify problems and develop structured action plans. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously.
