We have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst - Renewals to join our Finance team in Mexico City, reporting to the Senior Manager, Renewals Finance. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in the Finance team that supports and provides strategic direction to the Sales Renewal organization. You will partner and collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do Aid in financial aspects of contract renewals within the organization Act as a strategic business partner for the Renewals team, which is expected to be one of the fastest growing teams in Infoblox Analyze renewal trends, prepare financial reports, forecast revenue from renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting Help optimize the renewal processes, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and ensuring compliance with financial regulations Prepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Track progress against KPIs, both functional and corporate, clearly communicate actionable findings with Sales and Marketing leaders, and actively participate and present at Quarterly Business Reviews Enable business partners to take actions derived from analysis and insights, and/or drive these actions when appropriate Be Prepared — What You Bring 3+ years of combined experience in finance/business partnership roles, direct experience with annual recurring revenue (ARR) and/or renewal reporting a plus Ability to develop positive and productive working relationships across geographies and cultures Ability to develop a framework for assessing a complex problem, getting buy-in from stakeholders on the framework, and using it to make a fact-based decision Demonstrated confidence in your decisions and ability to respectfully stand your ground in the face of disagreement, even from senior executives Good understanding of subscription/SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention rates, and customer acquisition costs Experience supporting product or customer migrations (e.g., converting perpetual customers to subscription, hardware/software refresh, or next‑generation product rollouts) is a plus Solid business acumen coupled with an executive presence Excellent communication and presentation skills Superb interpersonal, organizational, and management skills Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Be Successful — Your Path Six Months: Work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization Be able to pull and report on primary Sales KPIs and metrics and clearly articulate what they mean for the Renewals business One Year: Be a true value added and strategic business partner to the Sales organization, having built strong working relationships across Sales leadership and operations Help optimize renewal and tech‑refresh processes, identifying opportunities for revenue growth Prepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward.
