What will you be doing? Review and approve subcontract invoices, supporting the SCM Department. Control and track subcontract invoices. Monitor and manage the need for purchase order extensions. Analyse and control offshore-generated data regarding personnel, equipment, and materials. Maintain control and records of personnel and equipment assigned to the project. Maintain operational controls to support SCM (Supply Chain Management), Cost Control, and Project Control functions. Follow up on compliance with local content requirements for annual reporting purposes. What experience would we like you to have? 3+ years of experience in Project Controls, Contract Administration, Supply Chain, or Cost Control roles within the oil & gas, offshore, or EPC environment Proven experience supporting offshore operations (e.g., production, maintenance, or construction projects) Hands-on experience on tracking and reporting of subcontractor costs and commitments Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data (personnel, equipment, materials) and translate it into cost/control insights Availability to travel Intermediate level of English proficiency (able to read, write, and communicate effectively in a business environment) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, tracking logs, and reporting) Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering Degree.
