We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Assistant to support the execution and management of email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role is highly operational and execution-focused, ensuring flawless delivery of campaigns, strong list hygiene, and consistent CRM reporting and documentation. Focus: Campaign execution, segmentation, QA, and CRM operations within Klaviyo. Key Responsibilities Build, QA, and schedule all email and SMS campaigns (batch sends and variations) in Klaviyo Support setup and execution of future automated flows/triggers as needed Ensure all campaigns are accurately scheduled, tested, and deployed on time Create, maintain, and QA audience segments and suppression lists Ensure accurate targeting and ongoing list hygiene across CRM audiences QA, Deliverability & Tracking Validate all links prior to deployment to ensure accuracy and functionality Manage consistent UTM tagging across all campaigns Support deliverability best practices and monitoring (list health, sending QA, and compliance checks) Signup Units & Acquisition Support Own setup, maintenance, and execution of signup units (forms/lead capture units) Recurring Responsibilities Build, QA, and schedule all weekly batch email campaigns and variations Build, QA, and schedule all weekly batch SMS campaigns and variations Capture and organize screenshots of all campaign versions and upload to Google Drive Build weekly CRM performance reporting decks and distribute to the team Maintain the CRM section of the MERIT Integrated Marketing Calendar Experience 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations Experience working in Klaviyo or a similar email/SMS platform strongly preferred Familiarity with segmentation, list management, and campaign execution workflows Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
