Position Objective Oversee and optimize production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production operations Ensure compliance with safety, quality and productivity standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes Optimize resource utilization and production efficiency Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed Develop and mentor production teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Production Manager Strong background in metal‑mechanical manufacturing environments Experience with CNC machining centers, lathes, and drilling processes English proficiency: 80–90% (advanced level preferred) Skills & Knowledge Proven leadership and team management capabilities Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (certification preferred) Six Sigma Black Belt is a strong plus Solid understanding of machining processes and production systems Data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities We’re Looking For A strategic leader with a hands‑on approach, capable of driving operational excellence, building high‑performing teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
