Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred. 5+ years in IT, with a strong focus on technology solutions for order to cash and hands‑on experience with SAP specifically in the areas of sales and distribution. 2+ years of experience in S/4 HANA. In-depth knowledge of the sales distribution processes within SAP, including sales order management, pricing, availability, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing. Proven track record of experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 and ECC, specifically in the sales and distribution domain, including project planning, data migration, system configuration, and user training. Proven experience supporting EDI integration within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including troubleshooting IDoc processing, resolving interface errors, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth electronic data exchange in the Order‑to‑Cash process. Strong understanding of IT cloud‑based solutions and emerging technologies relevant to OTC and SAP S/4. Proficiency in SAP S/4 modules relevant to Sales and Distribution (SD), and integration with other modules. ABAP debugging is a plus.
