Job Title Sales Enablement Specialist Location Mexico City Company Solera Overview As a Sales Enablement Consultant at Solera Inc., you will be at the forefront of innovation within the Global Sales Enablement Team, driving transformative change across our key business verticals—Claims, Repair, Dealer, and Fleet. In this pivotal role, you will empower our sales teams to consistently exceed their quotas by facilitating a consultative process that identifies business goals, assesses current challenges, and uncovers learning gaps to develop customized, cutting‑edge learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations partners to implement innovative performance‑management initiatives that elevate sales effectiveness. Leveraging AI‑powered tools and analytics ensures our sales teams are equipped with the most relevant knowledge, skills, and resources necessary for success in a rapidly evolving market. Your contributions will drive sales performance, achieve strategic objectives, and shape a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake sessions and analyze data by engaging stakeholders to understand business objectives and current challenges, using AI‑powered analytics to identify trends and insights. Design learning solutions that address identified learning gaps, leveraging AI to align with Solera’s sales methodology, product knowledge, and company vision. Facilitate learning actions by leading and delivering engaging virtual and in‑person training sessions, incorporating AI‑driven interactive tools and simulations. Track and measure progress by implementing metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, gathering real‑time feedback to refine and continuously improve solutions. Collaborate with Revenue Operations partners to monitor sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and develop data‑driven strategies to enhance overall effectiveness. Provide follow‑up support and coaching post‑training, utilizing AI tools to track application of key learnings and offer personalized feedback for continuous development. Continue to integrate AI‑driven tools and solutions throughout the enablement process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. Collaborate across teams—including Marketing, Product, Professional Services, HR, and IT—to ensure alignment and support for enablement initiatives. Act as an active and supportive team member within the Global Sales Enablement Team, sharing best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within technology or automotive sectors. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, specifically the Challenger Sale model. Proficiency in sales technology tools, including CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement platforms (Outreach), Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot), prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo), and a proven track record of leveraging AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, Azure Open AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness. Self‑starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
