Position Summary The Field Sales Supervisor is responsible on leading the implementation of all strategies that will support sales and marketing plans in the Mexico market. Jointly with the licensee salesforce, this position manages & creates a strong engagement with store chains, managers, distributors, wholesalers and independent stores. The Field Sales Supervisor manages all the necessary reports, market data collection and analysis in the assigned market. This position is accountable for implementing/driving Tampico’s initiatives and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the distributor partner/licensee network. This position reports to the Country Manager. Responsibilities Manage relationship & partnership with our bottlers/licensees and their distributors, key accounts, wholesalers. Work closely with the field representatives from the licensee to expand distribution and reach through an advantaged Go‑to‑Market strategy. Implement and track the annual performance goals including volume and distribution, retail pricing, sales and marketing initiatives with each bottler in the assigned region. Manage mid‑to long‑term strategic objectives, set by the Regional Manager, including accurate forecasting and driving value‑focused initiatives. Coordinate with the bottler’s sales and marketing teams to develop action plans designed to achieve the company’s volume and market share objectives in the different trade channels. Identify and evaluate problems through assessment of intangible variables and offer solutions to address the issues. Ensure flawless point‑of‑sale execution and coordinate field events, samplings, and activities. Analyze the competitive landscape and develop initiatives that deliver value‑added solutions for the business. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in Consumer Goods industry; Beverage Industry Preferred; Distributor and Supplier experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree Required. Demonstrates entrepreneurial and solution‑focused mindset to drive strategic joint business planning. Strong analytical and financial acumen to understand and manage financial planning systems. Experience displaying dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate third party sales teams. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Ability to travel up to 60% of time. Must reside in Mexico City, MX.
