It is responsible for complying with the goals and targets of the key metrics corresponding to its lines and/or production areas. Coordinates the resources needed to achieve an effective shift start, ensuring that each of its lines and/or production areas don’t incur unnecessary downtime. Prepares and performs the shift change, giving feedback and giving status of the process (production orders, sales, materials, quality, safety, organization, order and cleaning among).
