Responsibilities Summarize and evaluate unconstrained and constrained demand inputs for supply and capacity planning models and processes Generate and manage models to drive capacity/supply planning decisions and manufacturing and sourcing capacity allocations Work with Sourcing, Industrial Engineering and Master Data teams to create and maintain up-to-date capacity models Develop and test capacity models and what-if analysis Maintain capacity models to support production schedules in collaboration with Planners, Buyers and Schedulers Proactively measure and identify capacity gaps and provide options to mitigate, manage and improve. Create and drive remediation plans. Track, report and manage use of allocated capacity and available supply Team up with Industrial Engineering and Sourcing teams to ensure sufficient capacity is available on time to cover demand requirements Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning teams to support efficient use of capacity to enable attainable production schedules Work to resolve labor, material shortages, backlog, and potential schedule interruptions Ensure provided capacity is used to develop executable master production schedules in accordance with demand needs and inventory guidelines Conduct extensive analysis to optimize capacity and supply plans, assessing and documenting risks, and recommending tradeoffs and solutions Use predictive analytics, linear programing, machine learning, and AI to identify optimization opportunities, and drive effective decision making Develop and manage structured process to balance capacity usage and allocation across sites and technologies. Control supply and source options to optimize supply chain network and demand satisfaction Prepare analysis and recommendations to qualified and transfer products to optimize supply and capacity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3-5+ years of related work experience Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Preferred SAP Understanding of lean manufacturing and theory of constrains Experience developing and using capacity models in a manufacturing environment Proficient management of large amount of data Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to facilitate and drive groups and meetings Experience with S&OP, JIT, MRP Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Visualization and deployment of value stream mapping Additional Qualifications Experience withSemiconductor Supply Chain Graduate degree/studies in science, business, or engineering, strongly preferred APICS certification Strong presentations skills in data analytics, data trends and charts Extensive knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, data base management, SQL, Python, Knime, data warehouses, PowerBI #J-18808-Ljbffr
