Role Summary and Impact Content Supervisor Responsibilities Ensure content quality and alignment: Review and validate influencer drafts (scripts, visuals) to ensure consistency with the brand, tone, policies, and usage rights, preventing potential conflicts. Manage the entire campaign cycle: Coordinate, schedule, and oversee the implementation of 3-5 influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously. Key point of contact with influencers: Guide creators on best practices, formats, and specifications, ensuring the delivery of their pieces in a timely manner. Monitor and optimise campaigns: Update dashboards and platforms daily, detecting deviations or errors and managing the necessary corrections. Support strategy and creativity: Collaborate in the generation of innovative creative concepts and propose new ideas or content trends for campaigns. Analyze and report results: Prepare technical data sheets, update metrics, and generate quantitative post-campaign reports for team analysis. Communication and customer relations: Directly communicate with the customer regarding status queries and delivery of campaign results. Ensure regulatory compliance: Adhere to brand policies, platform regulations, and established internal processes. Stay up to date with trends: Research and apply the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing, providing strategic support to the team. Support the marketing team: Provide support to the Influencer Marketing Lead and Account Manager in comprehensive campaign management. Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, and/or Advertising. Languages: Intermediate to advanced English. Experience: 1-2 years in the media industry, including experience in media or digital agencies and key influencer marketing. Knowledge of influencer search and monitoring tools (Creator IQ, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Twitch). Knowledge of the digital ecosystem, negotiation skills, and ability to build long term valuable relationships. Vision for influencer marketing. Ability to handle pressure in difficult situations, work under pressure, and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). General knowledge of paid social campaigns, including the benefits and advantages of influencer marketing and its amplification. Good knowledge of brand safety within influencer marketing.
