Location & Schedule Location: AguascalientesJob Schedule: Full-time, on site Overview We are seeking a Collection Representative to join our team in Aguascalientes. The role involves negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5–59 days past due and providing customer service by adhering to a call plan and demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Responsibilities Receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that benefit both NMAC/IFS and the customer. Research and resolve customer disputes, questions, and concerns related to account status. Maintain standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors. Utilize all available tools and investigate leads creatively to analyze delinquent accounts for appropriate action and make recommendations to senior management or supervisors. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Knowledge of collections techniques, business practices, and related state and federal regulations. Intermediate MS Office proficiency. Fluent in English. Action oriented, comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Conflict management and customer focus. Decision quality and strong interpersonal skills. Schedule Availability to work 48 hours per week.Schedules may include 7:00am–8:00pm Monday–Friday and 8:00am–12:00pm Saturday. Depending on departmental requirements, a 5‑ or 6‑day schedule will be assigned for at least 6 months.
