Responsibilities Maintenance Management: Scheduling preventive maintenance, responding to urgent repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and overseeing general upkeep of grounds and buildings. Administrative Support: Handling work orders, managing budgets, processing invoices, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies.
