The Account Manager will serve as a core member of multiple major end user account teams. While reporting directly to the Americas Industry Team Leader, the AM will collaborate closely and operate in a peer‑managed environment with the respective global and regional account team leaders. This position requires a well‑rounded professional with strong commercial acumen, relationship management capabilities, and technical aptitude. The successful candidate will work cross‑functionally with the Americas Application Engineering Team and the Latin America Integration Team to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer value. Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management Develop and execute account strategies for key customers. Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across operations, engineering, maintenance, procurement, and executive leadership. Identify opportunities to expand Intralox’s business footprint through solution selling and long‑term partnership development. Coordinate global and regional account activities to ensure alignment and consistency in customer engagement. Create triangulation strategies between Intralox, end users, and system integrators to increase specification, strengthen project execution, and accelerate market penetration. Conduct customer site visits to understand operational flows, product mix, throughput requirements, labor constraints, pain points, safety issues, space limitations, and scalability needs. Business Development Develop emerging accounts in Mexico and Latin America. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within warehousing, e‑commerce fulfillment, parcel, and distribution operations. Drive specification and adoption of Intralox solutions with end users, system integrators, and industry partners. Identify new high‑potential accounts, active automation projects, key decision makers, system integrators, and regional growth opportunities. Technical & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Commercial Project Management, Application Engineering and Integration Teams to develop and present technical solutions. Support project development from opportunity identification through implementation and post‑installation follow‑up. Translate customer operational challenges into practical conveyor and material handling solutions. Participate in customer site visits, system reviews, and site acceptance testing. Support the development of customer business cases by evaluating ROI, labor savings, throughput improvements, space optimization, tax impacts, local cost structure, and total cost of ownership. Lead early‑stage technical proposal development by coordinating with Application Engineering, Integration, Commercial Project Management, Product, and regional commercial teams. Qualifications Required Must reside in Mexico. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, technical sales, or solution selling. Ability to engage effectively with both commercial and technical customer stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to quickly establish credibility with key accounts and business partners. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region. Preferred Experience in logistics, material handling, automation, conveyor systems, or industrial equipment industries. Experience working with major e‑commerce, parcel, warehousing, or distribution customers. Familiarity with systems integrators and automated material handling environments.
