OVERVIEW Associate in the BCN HLS (Healthcare & Life Sciences) Center of Excellence (COE). Trainees from day one take on analytical and consulting responsibilities for clients in pharmaceuticals, MedTech, providers, payers, and digital health. Work closely with global Bain teams and support project execution on complex business problems. RESPONSIBILITIES Take ownership of project workstreams and deliver complex case deliverables with minimal supervision. Conduct data analysis, reality checks, and generate hypotheses to answer strategic business questions. Use analytical tools and internal repositories; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Produce client‑ready documents with implementable recommendations. Communicate effectively in internal BCN meetings and with Bain case teams across global offices. Lead small project workstreams with 1–2 analysts, providing mentorship and support to team members. Manage pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and precision. QUALIFICATIONS 4‑day hybrid working model; office location in Polanco. Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc., B.Tech, B.Pharm, or equivalent with 2–6 years consulting experience; Master’s degree with up to 2 years consulting experience acceptable. Proficient written and spoken English (C1–C2 level) with strong stakeholder communication skills. Strong team‑player attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong analytic background and academic credentials. Experience with databases such as Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, Factiva and D&B preferred. Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, and web‑scraping is an added advantage. Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
