Job Description This role is in charge of one important section inside TEF6, where standardised work activities are developed through time studies, MTM-1 analysis, and operator job balancing on production lines. Create operator instructions, capacity tables, ergonomics analyses, layout development, routings creation, and control. Participate in validation and installation of new production lines or equipment according to Bosch procedures (Industrial Engineering WSR). Active participation in new projects to comply with standardized work requirements defined and maintained through time studies and MTM-1 analysis, PGL, Ergochecks, etc. Create and maintain operator instructions (PQIs), standardized work, line balancing charts, bottleneck matrices according to established formats. Develop time studies with specific frequency following CD-04603, using stopwatch or MTM-1 studies. Determine IE standard times (VT/TEB); enter data into SAP using the time management tool CAPP. Support BP: routing creation; define VS allowance time, CT, number of operators (DOs and DNOs). Create and update production routings. Perform ergonomics studies per CD-04605 in any area where the operator is involved (Ergo check + IGEL) and close open points, improving ergonomics conditions (Red and Yellow status). Responsible for ergonomics in MAE application (Initial Ergocheck). Develop line layout design, development and improvement. Define and acquire accessories/racks for production line product handling based on TEF6 procedures. Maintain continuous communication with Value Streams during daily management to understand line needs and issues. Lead continuous improvement projects (System CIP) on production lines according to business cases defined with the VS team. Follow up, implement, and document CIP suggestions. Develop and train associates in ergonomics, MTM-1 and standardized work within Method Room. Support automation, digitalization, and simulation. Implement internal and external projects related to TEF6. Calculate and forecast productivity monthly and on a cost basis. Ensure compliance with quality basics principles. Promote and support Bosch Production System, engage in System CIP projects, policy deployment, and teamwork. Follow up on labor discipline of personnel if applicable. Understand and apply EHS policies, ensuring legal and corporate requirements and safety procedures are met. Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable.
