Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build, maintain, and grow client and prospect engagement to maximize the customer journey, attending major meetings, QBRs, events, and serve as their trusted advisor. Drive the growth and success of strategic Publisher accounts in the LATAM region. Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance and act as a Subject‑Matter Expert to support clients in their technological choices. Offer problem‑solving and troubleshooting assistance for top‑tier clients and internal teams at any stage of the programmatic chain. Liaise with Product, Analytics, Quality, and other teams to meet client needs. Identify ways to improve operational effectiveness of current processes and propose solutions to elevate efficiency. Proactively identify revenue opportunities and partner with relevant stakeholders to own them. Share knowledge through assessments, coordination, and trainings. Lead projects with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in Ad Tech. Experience with ad‑tech related technologies (JSON, JS, ORTB, APIs) or technical solutions consulting; familiarity with Google OB and server‑side implementation is a plus. Knowledge of ad‑servers and programmatic buying/selling is a plus. Familiarity with IAB standards such as openRTB, Ads.txt, Supply Chain Object, etc. is a plus. Strong analytical skills and passion for data crunching and analysis. Experience with data tools and solutions (Snowflake, SQL, APIs, Tableau, GDS) is a plus. Knowledge of OTT/CTV is a strong plus. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify improvement opportunities. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and good follow‑through.
