Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an APPLICATION ENGINEER in our PLANT 4 APODACA Location. The Application Engineer is a project engineer in charge of the customization of low voltage electrical equipment’s using standard designs. He/she customizes the control & power distribution drawings based on customer specs and creates the BOM needed to build these equipment’s. What will you do? Engineering design of Low Voltage Drawout Switchgears Create BOMs to build equipment Continuous improvement projects Productivity projects Internal and external customer service Liaise with customers to help define system requirements Provide commissioning assistance Provide technical and sales support Interface with Technical Support and Field Service Engineers What qualifications will make you successful for this role? University degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related Experience 2 to 5 years related to electrical devices or area Deep knowledge about low voltage electrical equipment’s, electrical boards, Autocad Important skills and competences: leadership, empowerment, good communicator, customer service Fluent English Must have a strong sense of urgency You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
