Responsibilities Follow the production plan and continuously monitor performance, identify deviations, and optimize processes. Verify plan compliance considering material availability, scheduling, order release, and committed dates. Handle exceptions and corrections related to planning in the ERP; escalates to logistics when necessary. Identify causes of delays and communicate solutions to the sales programming area. Coordinate regularly with materials, production and sales to review orders, capacity and availability. Support special processes for SOP and EOP products. Ensure accuracy of master data and planning KPIs. Serve as the central contact and first‑level support for ERP planning processes. Conduct and support training on standardized planning procedures. Maintain planning KPIs and implement countermeasures with supervision. Plan and schedule complex production sequences considering lead times, forecasts, orders and backorders. Evaluate capacity loads for complex lines. Participate in planning process improvement projects. Train and support planners in their daily routines. Analyze and correct relevant master data. Identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions under corporate standards. Assist in the I2P phase for planning and production control matters. Specify and execute system changes: requirements analysis, testing, documentation, user training. Document technical aspects of SAP modules related to planning. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience managing inventory (Days on Hand). Experience with injection molding and multipart machines. Planning knowledge, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills with a problem‑solving focus.
