Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will lead the financial strategy and performance management processes for the manufacturing site, driving operational excellence and sustainable business growth. You will partner closely with plant leadership to optimize financial performance, improve decision-making, and support strategic initiatives across the factory. This role supports a large-scale manufacturing facility with over 1000 employees and several hundred million USD in annual revenues. You will analyze, interpret, and communicate financial results and operational KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions. You will also play a critical role in strengthening financial controls, improving business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The Work Model For The Role Is This role contributes to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Contribute to the definition and execution of the factory finance strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives. Serve as a trusted business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions. Lead the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities for the manufacturing site. Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring to ensure accuracy and transparency. Drive initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity improvement, inventory management, cash flow enhancement, and working capital efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and financial governance requirements. Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team while fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, procurement, and other business functions to support operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred. 11+ years of progressive experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or manufacturing finance, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Strong leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing finance teams. Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing controlling, project management, cash flow, working capital management, internal controls, compliance, business intelligence and financial reporting. Proficiency with SAP or equivalent ERP. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with high attention to detail. Proven ability to lead change management and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement focus. Professional fluency in English required.
