SAP PI/PO & CPI Consultant Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Minimum 8+ years of experience in Information Technology. Responsibilities Experience in SAP PI/PO and CPI interface design, development & implementation. Experience working in Development and Support projects for middleware applications. Good knowledge of SAP PI/PO and CPI monitoring, application admin activities. Knowledge of SAP PI/PO design best practices, error handling mechanism & logging. Hands‑on experience in developing custom interfaces with SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Working knowledge of mapping methods & all SAP standard adapters like ODATA, IDOC, REST, FILE, SOAP, SFTP with good troubleshooting skills. Worked on different pallet options like Events, Exception Sub Process, Integration Process, Local Integration Process, Content Modifier, Request Reply, Content Enricher, Process Call & Router. Analyzing complicated business processes and creating functional and technical specifications. Implementing cloud‑to‑cloud and cloud‑to‑on‑premise integrations using SAP CPI. Implementing SAP CPI integration with on‑premises system using SAP Cloud Connector. Developing Groovy and XSLT mappings for CPI interfaces. Configuring alerts for error handling, transportation techniques File/CTS+. Experience with sustain activities like go‑live support and production support. Expertise in complete end‑to‑end interface scoping, documentation, development, design, implementation and support. Coordinate with support teams, deliver runbooks and handover documentation. Qualifications Strong experience in SAP PI/PO and CPI interface design, development & implementation. Proven track record in middleware application development and support. Deep knowledge of SAP PI/PO & CPI monitoring and application administration. Understanding of SAP PI/PO design best practices, error handling & logging. Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and custom interface development. Proficient with mapping methods and SAP adapters such as ODATA, IDOC, REST, FILE, SOAP, SFTP. Extensive familiarity with integration patterns and pallet options. Analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and produce functional & technical specifications. Hands‑on experience with SAP CPI integrations (cloud‑to‑cloud, cloud‑to‑on‑premise, SAP Cloud Connector). Experience in Groovy & XSLT development for CPI. Knowledge of error handling configuration and transport mechanisms (File/CTS+). Experience in sustain activities such as go‑live, production support. Ability to scope, document, develop, design, implement, and support interfaces end‑to‑end. Strong coordination skills with support teams, runbook creation, and handover documentation.
