Create analytics reports to track customer funnel performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs. Develop automated reporting for call center agent performance and operational metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to investigate driver issues and deliver optimal solutions. Use data to understand driver behavior and enhance communication and incentive programs. Analyze impacts on supply/demand and identify opportunities in driver availability hours and engagement. Develop and optimize processes to drive continuous improvement of reports. Support the quality of services through data‑driven insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced English level (B2‑C1). At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis. Strong skills in MS Office (Excel) and Google Sheets. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence people with diverse profiles.
