This position is responsible for supporting the PTP SSC team in ensuring that transactional PTP activities for LATAM entities are completed accurately and on time. The analyst collaborates closely with the PTP outsourced provider, SME business and local finance teams. What You'll Do: Support outsource provider in successful and accurate completion of vendor master tasks Act as point person for SME business or local finance escalations and trouble‑shooting – liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues Payments Processing Ensure all payments for all vendor types (royalty, trade, intercompany) are on schedule and meet expectations, collaborating with outsource provider and local finance team to complete tasks Facilitate urgent payments, ensuring defined controls are maintained and liaising with local finance, SME business and outsourced provider as appropriate Reconcilations Open PO accrual reconciliations between internal marketing & recording purchasing system (PRS), Basware (AP system) and SAP (GL); monthly for Basware – daily for PRS Support outsource provider in resolving system interface issues and ensuring all systems are in sync System Support Perform user testing for system changes, as required.
